Sprocket Realty’s Flat Fee Listing Service harnesses the power of the MLS Network. All homes are automatically listed on Sprocket Realty.com, Realtor.com, Boston.com, MassLive.com, and other third party sites both locally and nationally.

We want YOU to keep more of your hard earned money, while having the power of MLS, and giving you more marketing tools to sell your property.

For example: a $500,000 property listed with a traditional 5% commission Seller's Agent costs you $25,000 at closing. If your property is sold through a Buyer Agent that brings you a qualified buyer, a $500,000 property listed with Sprocket Realty will cost you 1/2 of that or $12,500 at closing.

If you sell your property to a buyer not working with an agent you pay NO COMMISSION.
